About Zaroa
What is Zaroa?
Zaroa is a beauty brand focused on tools and accessories for reactive, sensitive, and post-procedure skin. We offer gentle, evidence-informed cooling tools, silk goods, and rituals — without the harsh actives or aggressive marketing of conventional skincare.
Who is Zaroa for?
We make products for people whose skin has been over-exfoliated, over-treated, or simply overwhelmed by complicated routines. If you have rosacea, easily flushed skin, recovery skin after Botox, microneedling, lasers, peels, or you just want a calmer approach to your routine — you're who we made this for.
Are your products tested on animals?
Our beauty tools and accessories are not tested on animals.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to Canada. We don't currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or anywhere else internationally.
Where do my products ship from?
All orders ship from our partner warehouses located in the United States. You won't be waiting weeks for items to arrive from overseas.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days after processing. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada orders take 5–10 business days. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Is shipping free?
Yes — for U.S. orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $5.99 within the U.S. Canada shipping is $9.99 flat. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at storezaroa@gmail.com.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unopened items. Once a product has been used (opened, applied to face, or seals broken), it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Defective or damaged items can always be returned for free. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–10 days to display the refund on your statement.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Products & ingredients
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our entire range is curated specifically for reactive and sensitive skin. We avoid harsh actives, fragrance-heavy products, and abrasive textures. That said, every skin is different — we always recommend patch testing before first use and discontinuing if any irritation occurs.
Do your products treat rosacea, acne, or other skin conditions?
No. Our products are cosmetic accessories and tools, not medical devices or treatments. They can help support a calming skincare routine, but they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition. For ongoing concerns, please consult a board-certified dermatologist.
Can I use these products after Botox, microneedling, or laser treatments?
Many of our cooling tools (ice globes, cryo roller, cooling gel masks) are popular for the days after these procedures. However, every procedure is different and recovery timelines vary. Always follow your provider's specific aftercare instructions and consult them before introducing any new tools.
Are your gua sha stones real rose quartz?
Yes. Our rose quartz gua sha tools are made from real, natural rose quartz mineral. Each stone is unique — minor variations in veining and color are normal and a sign of authentic stone.
How do I clean my cooling tools?
Most of our cooling tools can be rinsed with warm water and patted dry after each use. Store stainless steel tools in the freezer between uses if you want consistent cold therapy. Stones (gua sha) should be stored in the included pouch. Specific care instructions are included in each product page.
Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, PCI-DSS compliant, and uses SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never see or store your full credit card details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. Contact us at storezaroa@gmail.com immediately. After 1 hour, the order may already be processing and we may not be able to cancel.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable U.S. state laws. For Canadian orders, customs duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.
