These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of zaroa.store (the 'Site') and any purchase made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

zaroa.store ('Zaroa,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our') is operated by Javier Arturo Sepúlveda Cabrera, an individual seller based in Chile. We can be reached at storezaroa@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly market to or collect information from anyone under 13.

3. Accounts

4. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and prices accurately. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the actual product.

  • Stone, silk, and natural-material products have inherent variations.

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if it has already been placed and paid for.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.

All transactions are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply conversion fees that are outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this Site without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as saving an image for your own reference) is permitted.

9. User-generated content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to the Site or to our social media channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and editorial purposes. You confirm that:

  • The content is your original work or you have permission to share it.

  • The content does not violate any third party's rights.

  • The content is not unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are cosmetic accessories and tools, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including but not limited to acne, rosacea, eczema, dermatitis, or signs of aging.

We make no representation or warranty that any specific result will be achieved through the use of our products. Individual results vary based on skin type, frequency of use, lifestyle, and other factors outside our control.

All products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zaroa, its operators, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal injury — arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Patch testing and discontinuation

We strongly recommend patch testing all products on a small area of skin before regular use. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any irritation, redness, burning, or discomfort, and consult a healthcare professional.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaroa, its operators, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zaroa is operated (currently Chile), without regard to conflict of law principles. However, for U.S. customers, consumer protection laws of your state of residence may also apply and are not waived by these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted remotely where possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
