Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Zaroa. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside North America.
Where your order ships from
All products are fulfilled from our partner warehouses located within the United States. We do not ship directly from international warehouses to your address.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping times
Estimated transit times after your order ships:

United States (Continental 48 states): 3–7 business days

Alaska, Hawaii: 5–10 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days (customs clearance may add 1–3 days)
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing (for Canada), or high-volume periods (holidays, sales events).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

Orders of $35 USD or more: FREE standard shipping to U.S. addresses.

Orders under $35 USD: A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to U.S. orders.

Canada orders: Flat rate $9.99 USD regardless of order total. Free Canadian shipping does not currently apply.
Sales tax, customs duties, and any applicable import fees are NOT included in the shipping cost and may be charged separately by your local customs authority (for Canadian orders).
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If you haven't received tracking after 3 business days, please contact us at storezaroa@gmail.com.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for packages stolen from porches, mailrooms, or community delivery points.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please:

Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely.

Check with neighbors and household members.

Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number.

For packages that are confirmed lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days after shipping), we will work with you to either replace the order or issue a full refund.
Wrong shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at storezaroa@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order so we can attempt to correct it before shipment. After that window, we may not be able to modify the address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
